Billy joined MultiState as a Strategic Government Relations Coordinator in 2017. He previously served as State Outreach Associate at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, where he managed external relations with state legislators, governors' staff, and other policy stakeholders. Prior to his work with Mercatus, Billy served as Policy Analyst at the Charles Koch Institute and as press and communications assistant on a U.S. Senatorial campaign. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government.
